Sponsorship and Donation Form

Applying for Sponsorship:
To submit your request, please complete our online sponsorship form at least two weeks before your event or deadline. The form will ask for specific details about your organization, event, and sponsorship needs.

Information We Need:
To help us assess your request effectively, please provide the following information in the form:

• Organization/Cause/Event Overview: Briefly describe your organization's mission, the event you're requesting sponsorship for, and its significance.
• Community Impact: Explain how your activity benefits the local community and aligns with Jerry's Auto Group's values (e.g., education, environment, youth development).
• Sponsorship Request: Specify the type and level of sponsorship you're seeking, and how you plan to utilize our support (e.g., financial contribution, in-kind donations, promotional opportunities).
• Supporting Materials: Attach any relevant brochures or event details to strengthen your application.
